The production of Caribeña Cachaça, which is artisanally made, goes through a rigorous quality control, from the inicial planting stage of the sugar cane through to the end product. The sugar cane is grown without any chemical products, proving harvests oh ultimate quality. The crushing of the sugar cane as well as other processing stages follows the most absolute hygiene standards. No assitives are added during fermentation; the slow distillation process and filtration, therefore Caribeña is completely free of toxics.
Caribeña Cachaça is aged in oak barrels for at least 5 years which makes the drink mellow and blend the substances of the cachaça creating the aroma and the authentic flavour of the Brazilian Run Caribeña Cachaça.
